Subject Objectives:

Physical Education aims to educate students through physical activities, fostering correct values and attitudes towards sports. Students learn specialized skills in various sports and improve their physical fitness through training, promoting the development of a healthy lifestyle.

During physical education classes, students learn a wide range of sports, including athletics, gymnastics, basketball, volleyball, handball, soccer, rugby, table tennis, badminton, tennis, cricket, dodgeball, bowling, dance, and jump rope. Our school's distinctive programs also include the Chengmen River long-distance run, indoor rowing, and indoor dragon boating.

By participating in physical education, students are expected to achieve the following objectives:

Develop motor skills and improve physical fitness: Students will acquire and refine skills in different sports, enhancing their coordination, agility, strength, and endurance.
